Disclaimer: We CAN NOT process returns after 14 days starting from the delivery date of your order. All returns must be sent with non-postal courier services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Write your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order. Tell us each item, the quantity of things you'd want to return, and the reason for the return.It is important that the item hasn’t been worn and that all tags and security tags are intact.If tags and security tags are missing the items will not be accepted for return.Once your return is processed with our concierge service, you may create a shipping label with your preferred shipping company and return the package to our warehouse.If you experience any difficulties or setbacks, you may contact us and we will guide you through the process.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
As soon as your return has arrived at the carrier hub, you may watch its progress. Your tracking number can be found on the shipping label.
This number can be used to trace your order on the carrier's website. If you can't see tracking information right away, it's because the carrier hasn't picked up the package yet, and it will be updated as soon as they do.
We will accept the return and handle the reimbursement once we have verified the items' integrity. It will take 7 to 10 business days to verify the items.
The refund will be provided using the same payment method and in the same currency as the original purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds do take us 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with the steps.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your shipped product to reach you may vary.
We accept returns shipped with DHL, UPS or FedEx to us within 14 days of the order being delivered. DHL, UPS and FedEx offer trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery. We remind you once more: DO NOT USE POSTAL SERVICES.
