All orders will be processed in your local currency.
Where Do You Deliver?
Diversityque ships within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and various countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Diversityque cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.
Please be advised we are unable to deliver to Po Box addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.
If you refuse a shipment from Diversityque or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Diversityque. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; DHL, Fedex , UPS and Startrack Express.
How Can I Track My Order?
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under order history. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the couriers website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
What Do I Do If I Want To Return My Product?
You can purchase in confidence with Diversityque. However, if you ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, you may apply for a return.

Send us your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Returns must arrive at our original dispatch location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Diversityque
Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not been shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hour period has expired will incur a €50 cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be cancelled.
How Do You Handle Returns?

You understand that certain conditions must apply to Returns: The items you want to return must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached including the original box and any certificates from the brands themselves. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. Products marked as sale cannot be returned.
However, any original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

How Do You Process Refunds?
Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Do You Exchange Items?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
Do I Pay Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes may be invoiced to you directly by the courier upon importation. In the event the product is returned duties and taxes will not be refunded.
